All ReVert Beauty products are made to order through our clean beauty partner and shipped directly to you. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before shipment.
Standard shipping within the US takes an additional 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
If you have specific delivery instructions please include a note at checkout or contact us directly at revert.beauty.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of personal care products we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items. All sales are considered final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
PACKAGING
Every ReVert Beauty order is carefully packaged and securely shipped. Our packaging is made using recyclable materials, ensuring both product protection and environmental responsibility.
VAT & CUSTOMS DUTY
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your country's regulations. These charges are collected by the local postal service on behalf of your government.
If duties are refused and the order is returned in its original condition a refund will be issued excluding return shipping costs.
Please note: abandoned packages are not eligible for refunds. Items returned damaged cannot be refunded.
